Sweet Fire Mango Jack Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
6 slices sourdough bread, 1/2 inch thick
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 7-ounce package Kindred Creamery® Sweet Fire Mango Jack Cheese, shredded
1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 7-ounce package Kindred Creamery® Sweet Fire Mango Jack Cheese, shredded
1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
6 slices deli ham
Baby dill pickles, for garnish
Directions
- Place bread slices on a cutting board. Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter over 1 side of each slice.
- Heat medium skillet pan over medium-low heat, allowing it to warm 2-3 minutes.
- Place 1 bread slice butter-side-down in skillet. Top with generous 1/2 cup shredded Kindred Creamery® Sweet Fire Mango Jack cheese, mango, avocado and 2 slices deli ham. Place second bread slice, butter-side-up, over to close sandwich. Press down slightly.
- Grill sandwich 3-4 minutes. Flip. Grill additional 3 to 4 minutes, until cheese is melted and both sides of bread are golden brown. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve sandwiches with pickles, if desired.
