Peanut Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon curry paste
1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon curry paste
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon pepitas
2 cups Kindred Creamery® Spicy Sriracha Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pepitas and Kindred Creamery® Spicy Sriracha Jack Cheese (or your favorite flavor of Kindred Creamery cheese) in large crockpot bowl. Cook on medium heat 2-3 hours. Ladle into serving bowls. Sprinkle pepitas and Spicy Sriracha Jack cheese over top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
